Qizlar Akademiyasi
Qizlar Akademiyasi is one of the largest online education platforms for women in Uzbekistan. Courses in IT, design, marketing, business, and other modern fields, with mentorship and a community ecosystem.
Introduction
Qizlar Akademiyasi is a large online education platform created to support women in Uzbekistan and help them acquire modern knowledge and professions. The project aims to expand educational opportunities for young women, train them in modern professions, draw them into entrepreneurship and IT, and increase their participation in society. The platform is being developed together with the Youth Affairs Agency and youth-policy programs.
The main mission is to deliver quality education online to young women, especially those in remote regions. The platform offers courses, video lessons, trainings, and master classes in IT, graphic design, SMM, marketing, business, English, psychology, leadership, personal development, handicrafts, and entrepreneurship. Many courses are free — giving women with limited opportunities the chance to learn as well.
The project operates as an online platform and an Android mobile app on Google Play. Through the app, users can enroll in courses, work with mentors, complete assignments, and earn certificates. Qizlar Akademiyasi is more than a course service — it has a mentorship system and a community where users exchange experience, network, and collaborate on new projects.
Problem
Young women in remote regions had limited access to quality education, modern professions, and mentorship. Available courses were often expensive, offline, and narrow in scope — they didn't give women a real path to learning a new profession, starting freelance work, or launching a business.
Solution
Free and broad online courses, an experienced mentorship system, and a strong community — Qizlar Akademiyasi gave women a full path to learning modern professions and starting freelance work or a business. Through the mobile app, education reached every region: more than 100,000 downloads on Google Play, and according to official figures over 900,000 total users. Today the project is growing as one of the largest digital ecosystems supporting women in Uzbekistan.
